CLIENT: NutritionU.com
In cooperation with Columbia University Institute of Human
Nutrition, AMBI, the parent company desired a series of courses to
address patient education. Selecting with IHN the most acute disease
states amenable to change by nutrition and exercise, we developed 4
hour courseware for patients for whom behavioral change was critical
to their quality of life.
Researching
content brought us into contact with physicians, health care
providers, pharmaceutical companies and hospitals. Managing the
development of subject matter experts, health writers and the web
development operation created an outstanding product sure to meet
its goal of reaching patients and reduce the anxiety of those in dangerous health conditions
through behavioral change.
RESULTS:
Recognized as an outstanding
solution by physician groups, pharmas, hospitals and above all
patients, the courses were set for rollout when the parent company
abruptly terminated the project due to funding issues. While
venture capital was forthcoming the principals had moved to other
projects. |
