IT instruction requires long and often tedious transfer of factual
information - in some cases 90 hours for certification. Our
challenge was not only make the interface more user-friendly and
simplify navigation, but
provide simulations to support hands-on experimentation
available as a course feature.
CGS provided
raw data which we cooperatively rewrote. Reengineering objectives, storyboarding, and screen interface, we synthesized a
more 'friendly' appearance for retention/review and a less anxiety producing
experience for technology learners.
RESULTS:
Significantly less drop-out
rate, higher retention of content and more user satisfaction.
Course sales have improved as well because the sales team
knows it can drive support for a valuable commodity with known
outcomes. |
